The present invention relates to a protective cosmetic composition for anti-inflammatory UV-induced damage, which can be applied to various cosmetic compositions by including an extract with anti-inflammatory and anti-UV activation functions. The protective cosmetic composition according to the present invention includes a scenedesmus spp. JD-052 (KCTC 18399P) extract. The composition includes 1 to 60 parts by weight of the extract, 10 to 30 parts by weight of propylene glycol and 20 to 90 parts by weight of butylene glycol.본 발명은 항염증성 자외선 손상 보호용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 항염증 및 항자외선 활성 기능이 있는 추출물을 포함함으로써 다양한 화장료 조성물에 적용할 수 있다.
