PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal molding in which a resin coating layer having high dimensional accuracy is formed on a metallic porous body.SOLUTION: A metal molding 200 comprises: a metallic porous body 1 around which metal wires 2 are wound spirally in a multilayer shape and in which the metal wires are joined by a sintering process and a resin coating layer 210 formed on the metallic porous body by insert molding. Since the metal wires are joined by the sintering process, the positional deviation or peeling of the metal wires constituting the metallic porous body does not occur even when the resin coating layer is formed by injecting a pressurized molten resin in the periphery of the metallic porous body, such as insert molding. Thereby, it becomes possible to provide a metallic molding on which the resin coating layer having high dimensional accuracy is formed, while holding a shape of the metallic porous body and making the best use of performance of the metallic porous body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】金属製多孔体に対して高い寸法精度の樹脂コーティング層を形成した金属成形体を提供する。【解決手段】金属成形体200は、金属線材2が螺旋状、且つ多層状に巻き付けられ、各金属線材同士が焼結処理により接合された金属製多孔体1と、金属製多孔体に対してインサート成形により形成された樹脂コーティング層210と、を備える。金属線材同士が焼結処理により接合されているので、インサート成形等、金属製多孔体の周囲に加圧した溶融樹脂を注入して樹脂コーティング層を形成したとしても、金属製多孔体を構成する金属線材の位置ずれや剥離が発生しない。このため、金属製多孔体の形状を保持し、且つその性能を活かしつつ、高い寸法精度の樹脂コーティング層を形成した金属成形体を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
