The present invention relates to a portable container for collecting insects, which can easily and rapidly collect insects in a container without an extra cover when collecting insects such as grasshopper or the like. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the container comprises: a cylindrical handle unit having opened upper and lower parts, and having a handle on one side of the outside； a plurality of blades having cut-out portions at constant intervals in a direction from the outside of one end of the handle unit to the center, and integrated with the handle unit； an insertion expansion unit extending from the other end of the handle unit in a conic form or a hemispherical form to form an assembly； and a collection net having a combination string on the upper part to be combined between the insertion expansion unit and the lower part of the handle unit.본 발명은 메뚜기 등의 곤충을 채집할 때 채집 용기에 별도의 덮개가 필요 없이 신속하고 용이하게 곤충을 용기에 채집할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 곤충 채집 용기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 상하부가 개구된 원기둥형으로 외측 일측면에 손잡이가 형성된 손잡이부와； 손잡이부의 일단부의 외주연에서 중심방향으로 일정간격의 절개부를 형성하면서 형성되며 손잡이부와 일체로 형성되는 다수의 확개편과； 손잡이부의 타단부에서 원추형 또는 반구형 형상으로 연장되어 일체로 형성되는 투입 확대부와； 상부에 결합끈이 형성되어 투입 확대부와 손잡이부의 하단부의 사이에 결합되는 채집망；을 포함하여 구성된다.
