The present invention relates to a surgical retracting device comprising a linking element and a support element, characterized in that the linking element is a thread (2) and in that the support element (1) comprises a first and a second face and at least three through holes (6, 7, 8), the support element (1) and the thread (2) being interlinked by means of a first knot (18) on the first face (A) and by means of a second knot (19) on the second face (B). The invention also relates to the method for the manufacture of the abovementioned device. It will be of use in surgical operations for holding or retracting biological or synthetic tissues, in particular in mini-invasive operations.La présente invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical décartement comprenant un élément de liaison et un élément dappui caractérisé par le fait que lélément de liaison est un fil (2) et que élément dappui (1 ) comprend une première et une seconde face et au moins trois trous (6, 7, 8) débouchants, lélément dappui (1 ) et le fil (2) étant solidaires par un premier nœud (18) sur la première face (A) et par un deuxième nœud (19) sur la seconde face (B). Linvention concerne aussi le procédé de fabrication du dispositif cité ci-dessus. Elle trouvera son application lors dopérations chirurgicales pour maintenir ou écarter les tissus biologiques ou synthétiques, notamment lors dopérations mini invasives.
