PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of calculating an estimation value of bio-information without any variation.SOLUTION: A bio-information estimation device 1 includes: an intersection specification part 10 that specifies a plurality of intersections where speed pulse waves obtained by differentiating pulse waves and a contour representing to be a constant value to an amplitude direction of the speed pulse waves a width value acquisition part 11 that acquires a width value on a contour of one or a plurality of pairs of intersections positioned before or after a peak in a same code side as a code where the contour is positioned and a calculation part 12 that calculates an estimated blood pressure value on the basis of the width value. The intersection specification part 10 specifies the plurality of intersections for each of the plurality of contours representing mutually different speed pulse waves.
