PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing wrapped food enabling easy performance of cleaning a pallet and removal of a wrapped food from a palletm, using a simplified structure, and to provide a pallet.
SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing wrapped food is set with a pallet main body 15 to be conveyed with an endless chain 9 horizontally freely driving, long in a direction crossing the conveyance direction at right angles. The apparatus has its body engaging recessed part 19, which engages and supports the container body for holding an inner material with/on the one end of the pallet body 15, and a lid body engaging recessed part 21, which engages and supports a lid body corresponding to the container body with/on the other end of the pallet body 15. Furthermore, the apparatus has an inner material supplying means 41, which supplies an inner material to the container body engaged and supported with/on the body engaging recessed part 19, and a lid body transfer means 53 which transfers the lid body, corresponding to the container main body. The pallet body 15 is set, in a vertically movable and attachable and detachable manner, on a plurality of guide pins 11 which are set separated, in the driving direction of the endless chain 9.
