PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information authentication apparatus which appropriately determines changes of biological information due to a growth of a living body during biological information authentication and updates original authentication biological information.SOLUTION: In the biological information authentication apparatus 100, at least a biological information acquiring device 4 for obtaining biological information of an authentication object, a storing device 2 for storing authentication biological information, and a personal computer unit 1 having a biological information authentication program 11 for carrying out authentication using the biological information of the authentication object and the authentication biological information are connected in such a manner that communications are carried out freely.
