PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring device, and program for taking smooth voice communication while suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device 1 measures biological information of a subject P. A wireless communication part 22 transmits and receives various data including voice data. A determination part 21 determines whether or not to be a state where a prescribed condition is satisfied.
