Compounds having Rho kinase inhibitory activity, such as (R) - (+) - N - (4-pyridyl) - 4 - (1-aminoethyl) benzamide, can be used in combination with antitumor agents to enhance antitumor activity of antitumor agents and thus are useful as antitumor enhancers .
