The present invention relates to a massage breast pump cup, and more specifically, to a massage breast pump cup which includes a breast massage function and maintains the coupling between a soft portion and a hard portion even under a negative pressure, thereby not allowing any gaps to form therebetween, and thus can prevent backflow of breast milk. The breast pump cup according to the present embodiment is connected to a suction tube of a breast pump, and as a negative pressure is dynamically delivered, a soft massage portion (22) under a negative pressure massages the breast by pressing a part thereof, and as the negative pressure is released, the massage portion is relaxed, thereby performing a massage through contraction and relaxation, wherein the massage portion is downwardly protruding, thereby rendering the press more effective. In particular, since the soft portion is coupled to the hard portion by covering both the exterior and interior thereof, even when a negative pressure is formed, the soft portion stays securely coupled to the hard portion, thereby causing only the massage portion to contract while other portions except the massage portion remain in shape.
