PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged soft drink suitable for stopping thirst, excellent in balance between delicious taste and gustatory at any temperature, especially low temperature, allowing to easily ingest a large amount thereof, and allowing to replenish mineral.SOLUTION: This packaged soft drink includes 30-120 polysaccharide quantity (mg/100 mL) in total of a starch quantity and a &bgr-glucan quantity, 0.51-2.50 maltose quantity (mg/L), 0.15-0.48 soluble solid (%) derived from barley, and 1.00-4.00 mineral quantity (mg/100 ml) in total of a magnesium quantity, a calcium quantity and a phosphorus quantity. A ratio of the phosphorus quantity to the maltose quantity (phosphorus/maltose) is preferably 0.60-3.00.【課題】いずれの温度、特に低温において旨味と呈味のバランスに優れ、大量に摂取しやすく、さらには、ミネラル分も補給することができる、止渇用に適した容器詰清涼飲料を提供する。【解決手段】容器詰清涼飲料は、デンプン量とβグルカン量とを合わせた多糖類量(mg/100mL)が30~120であり、マルトース量(mg/L)が0.51~2.50であり、麦由来可溶性固形分(%)が0.15~0.48であり、マグネシウム量とカルシウム量とリン量とを合わせたミネラル分量(mg/100ml)が1.00~4.00であることを特徴とするものであり、さらには、マルトース量に対するリン量の比(リン/マルトース)が0.60~3.00であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
