PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cleaning, dehydrating and separating raw laver that is capable of improving a dehydration rate of the laver using a nylon brush having fine bristle tips without damaging a laver quality and is easily cleaned.SOLUTION: In a device for cleaning, dehydrating and separating raw laver, a device for dehydrating and separating raw laver includes an outer cylinder 10, a cylinder body 11 having punchings or holes on its peripheral surface, concentrically mounted on the outer cylinder, and a brush cylinder 15 rotatably mounted to the cylinder body and intermittently provided with spiral blades in one direction on its peripheral surface, with downward spiral blades 13 intermittently arranged in the other direction along a descent route with respect to an ascendant route of the spiral blades 12 intermittently arranged in one direction.EFFECT: The laver leaf body (treated raw laver) is outstandingly enhanced in a dehydration rate and prevented from causing adverse effects due to excessive dehydration； this prevents, for example, cloudy laver reduced in a finished quality from being produced due to a laver quality liable to be damaged, and this kind of the adverse effects can be eliminated by adopting the present invention even when it is very difficult to adjust the dehydration rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】毛先のきれいなナイロンブラシにて海苔質を傷めることなく脱水率を向上させ、更に掃除がしやすい生海苔洗浄脱水分離装置の提供。【解決手段】外筒１０と、外筒に同心円状に架設した周面にパンチング、孔を備えた筒体１１と、筒体に回転自在に架設した、周面に一方向ラセン羽根を断続して設けたブラシ筒１５とでなる生海苔脱水分離装置において、断続した一方向ラセン羽根１２の上りルートに対し、下降ルートとなる他方向下りラセン羽根１３を断続して配備した生海苔洗浄脱水分離装置。【効果】海苔葉体（処理済み生海苔）の脱水率は抜群に向上するとともに、脱水過剰による弊害が発生しない。これにより、例えば、傷みやすい海苔質により仕上がりの品質が落ちるクモリ海苔の発生もなく、又脱水率の調整が非常に難しい場合においても、本発明を採用することで、この種の弊害は解消できる。【選択図】図４
