The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a composition for preventing or treating STAT3-mediated diseases containing the same as an active ingredient. The compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof remarkably inhibits the expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) or interleukin-6 (IL-6), and thus can be useful for preventing or treating rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative arthritis, bronchospasm, allergy, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, destructive bone diseases, infectious diseases, degenerative diseases, necrotic diseases and inflammatory periodontal diseases caused by the activation of the STAT3 pathway by IL-1β or IL-6.La présente invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule chimique suivante 1 ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et une composition pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies à médiation par STAT3 contenant celui-ci comme principe actif. Le composé ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci inhibe remarquablement l'expression de l'interleukine-1 bêta (IL-1β) ou de l'interleukine-6 (IL-6), et par conséquent peuvent être utiles pour la prévention ou le traitement de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, l'arthrite dégénérative, le bronchospasme, l'allergie, des maladies inflammatoires, des maladies auto-immunes, des maladies destructrices des os, des maladies infectieuses, des maladies dégénératives, des maladies nécrotiques et des maladies parodontales inflammatoires provoquées par l'activation de la voie STAT3 par IL-1β ou IL-6.본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 STAT3 매개 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른, 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 인터루킨-1β(IL-1β) 또는 인터루킨-6(IL-6) 발현에 우수한 저해 효과가 있어, 인터루킨-1β(IL-1β) 또는 인터루킨-6(IL-6)에 의한 STAT3 경로 활성화에 기인하는 류마티스 관절염, 퇴행성 관절염, 기관지 경련, 알레르기, 염증성 질환, 자가면역질환, 파괴성 골질환, 감염성 질환, 퇴행성 질환, 괴사성 질환 및 염증성 치주질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
