[Problem] To provide a liquid skin care composition in which moderate viscosity is imparted without harming the effect of imparting a fresh feeling, which is required of a liquid skin care composition such as an antiperspirant, whereby the liquid skin care composition is free of dripping and has exceptional stability with suppressed dropping of powder. [Solution] A liquid skin care composition characterized by containing (A) 20-60% by mass of a monohydric alcohol and (B) a microgel obtained by pulverizing a gel that comprises a hydrophilic compound having a gelling capability.
