The present invention relates to a method to manufacture porous electrospun fiber having a thickness capable of being adjusted, porous electrospun fiber manufactured using the same, and a scaffold for tissue regeneration using the same fiber. According to the present invention, the scaffold for tissue regeneration is manufactured by using the porous electrospun fiber of which the thickness can be adjusted. Therefore, the scaffold has increased porosity； does not limit cell growth and colony formation because the scaffold expands in accordance to the changes of the cells； and can make the cells grow in a healthy manner.본 발명은 두께조절이 가능한 다공성 전기방사 섬유의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 전기방사 섬유 그리고 상기 섬유를 이용한 조직재생용 지지체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조직재생용 지지체는 두께조절이 가능한 다공성 전기방사 섬유를 이용함으로써, 공극률이 향상되고 세포의 거동에 따라 부피가 증가하여 세포의 증식 및 군체형성을 제한하지 않고, 세포가 건강하게 성장하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
