CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cell support using a needle and a fiber comprises: a step of preparing the biocompatible fibers and needle； a step of winding the fiber around the outer circumference of the needle； a step of heating the fiber and melting and fusing the fiber each other； and a step of separating the needle from the fiber.바늘과 섬유를 이용한 세포지지체 제조 방법 및 그 세포지지체가 개시된다. 생체적합성 섬유 및 바늘을 준비하는 단계； 상기 생체적합성 섬유를 상기 바늘의 외주면에 감는 단계； 상기 바늘에 감긴 생체적합성 섬유를 가열하여 상기 생체적합성 섬유를 서로 녹여 붙이는 단계； 및 상기 생체적합성 섬유가 감긴 상기 바늘을 상기 생체적합성 섬유로부터 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는 바늘과 섬유를 이용한 세포지지체 제조 방법은 바늘에 섬유를 감아서 원하는 내경, 외경 및 형상을 가지는 세포지지체를 제조할 수 있으며, 특히, 바늘의 형상, 길이, 두께, 섬유의 두께, 섬유를 감는 방식 등을 조절하여 간단한 제작방법으로 다양한 형상의 세포지지체를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
