The present invention relates to a biodegradable complex filament for an acupuncture needle and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the biodegradable complex filament for an acupuncture needle comprises the steps of: preparing a complex filament which are formed by twisting a plurality of biodegradable filaments with a diameter of 0.003 - 0.5 mm for 200-700 times per meter； compressing the complex filament with a pressure of 1 - 10 kg/cm on a table having the surface temperature of 70 - 150°；C using a press machine for 0.2 - 3 seconds while cutting the complex filament by adding tension of 0.1 - 1 kgf from both sides. The present invention provides the biodegradable complex filament for an acupuncture needle which has sharp ends in order to be easily inserted into the acupuncture needle by placing the complex filament, in which homologous or heterogeneous filaments are combined, on a rack in which heat rays are buried on the floor and compressing from the upper side using the press machine while adding tension from both sides of the complex filament.본 발명은 침관용 생분해성 복합필라멘트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 침관용 생분해성 복합필라멘트 제조방법은, 생분해성 재질이며, 직경이 0.003 ~ 0.5mm인 다수 개의 필라멘트가 미터당 200 ~ 700회로 꼬여 형성된 복합필라멘트를 준비하는 단계； 표면 온도 70 ∼ 150℃의 테이블에 상기 복합필라멘트를 올려놓고, 0.2 ~ 3초 동안, 프레스기를 이용하여 상부에서 1 ~ 10kg/㎠의 압력으로 가압하면서 동시에 양측에서 0.1~1kgf의 인장력을 가해 복합필라멘트를 절단하는 단계；를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 동종 또는 이종의 필라멘트가 합사된 복합필라멘트를 바닥에 열선이 깔려있는 다이 위에 올려놓고, 위에서 프레스기를 이용하여 일정 압력을 줌과 더불어, 복합필라멘트의 양측에서 인장력을 가함으로써 침관에 삽입이 용이하도록 단부가 뾰족한 침관용 생분해성 복합필라멘트가 제공된다.
