The present invention provides a composite rocking wheelchair, which comprises a sitting portion having a bottom base and a backrest pivoted with one end of the bottom base. Both sides of the sitting portion are respectively configured with a handle support rack. Any one of the handle support racks on both sides of the sitting portion is further mounted with a master controller. Both sides of the sitting portion are respectively configured with an elevating device. Each elevating device further comprises a first control pump and a second control pump. The first control pumps are respectively mounted at both sides of the backrest and configured opposite to each other. The end of first control pump is configured with a main wheel. The second control pumps are respectively mounted at both sides of the bottom base. The end of second control pump is configured with an auxiliary wheel. Each elevating device is electrically connected to the master controller. The master controller may control the elevating device for driving the elevation of main wheels and auxiliary wheels.
