The mowing machine comprises: a handlebar (10) a driving part (20) which is mounted to an end part of the handlebar (10) a rotary body (30) which moves in accordance with the operation of the driving part (20) a blade (40) which is mounted to a side of the rotary body (30) and rotates and a bottom plate (50) which combines the rotary body (30) to be moved and protect the blade (40) from impacts resulting from the bouncing action of stones. The mowing machine having a protective plate and a blade cover for removing weeds or brush in accordance with a spreading of the blade (40) by the movement of the rotary body (30) is configured in a method such that: a number of protective protrusions (52) for protecting the blade to the outside of the bottom plate (50) a protective cover (60) for covering the driving part (20) to be coupled in a state of being adjoined with a coupling measure at both sides and idling of the bottom plate (50) can be prevented by connecting any one of a second fixing body (54) protruded from a side of the protective cover (60) and a protective process (52) of the bottom plate (50).
