PURPOSE: A syringe is provided to enable a user to inject or extract a specific material in a fixed amount. CONSTITUTION: A syringe comprises a cylinder(110), a piston(120), a manipulation part(130), a needle(140), and a cap(150). The cylinder is expanded in a specific direction and is equipped with a hollow part with opened both sides. The piston is accepted to the cylinder and moves in one direction. The manipulation part is arranged to face the piston around the cylinder and is equipped with a guide bar connected to the piston.
