The present invention provides a syringe needle recycling structure, which comprises an outer barrel, a needle base, a push rod, and a standard needle, wherein the outer barrel is a hollow cylinder body. The outer barrel has a front end formed with a connection hole communicated with the hollow cylinder body. The needle base is arranged at the connection hole. The needle base defines a positioning part for fixing the standard needle, and a protruding hook extended away from the positioning part. The protruding hook is formed with a breach for enabling the hook bodies to be bent to each other when receiving inward pressure. The push rod is arranged in the hollow cylinder body. The push rod has a front end extended with a convex rod for being assembled with a piston. The piston is formed with a fixing part for being fixed with the protruding hook, so as to apply a force to squeeze and deform the piston after injection is finished.
