The present invention relates to a multiaxial traction robot system for cleansing and disinfecting the limbs, the robot system enabling, during an orthopedic operation, the positioning of an upper or lower limb of a patient to be stably fixed or the upper or lower limb to be conveniently moved to a desired state. The robot system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a stand (10); a first pole (2) provided on an upper surface of the stand (10) in the vertical direction, and of which at least a portion of the upper surface is open; a second pole (4) coupled to the first pole (2) and moving vertically through the open portion of the upper surface of the first pole (2); a rotary member (12) provided on an upper part of the second pole (4) and capable of rotating in the axial direction of the second pole (4); a support (16) of which one end is connected to an end portion of the rotary member (12) and which is formed to be long in the lengthwise direction; a fixing part for fixing an upper or lower limb of a patient; and a control unit (50), wherein the fixing part further comprises: a winch motor (15) provided inside an upper side of the second pole (4); a connection line (17) of which one end is connected to the winch motor (15) and which is disposed along the inside of the support (16) and penetrates through an opening part formed at the other end of the support (16); and a fixing member (18) connected to the other end of the connection line (17) and having a hollowed hollow part (19) into which a portion of the upper or lower limb of the patient can be inserted and fixed, and the control unit (50) can control the amount of winding of the connection line (17) around the winch motor (15) so as to adjust a length of the connection line (17) outputted to the outside of the other end of the support (16).La présente invention concerne un système de robot à traction multiaxiale pour nettoyer et désinfecter les membres, le système de robot permettan
