PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen Tempura with seasoning in which, after the thawing, an eat-texture of the coating same as that of immediately after the cooking is obtained, and the eat-texture of the seasoning is also good.SOLUTION: Provided is a frozen Tempura with seasoning obtained by depositing a seasoning that has a fluidity under a higher temperature (70 to 90°C) and in which said fluidity significantly decreases under a lower temperature (30 to 45°C), to a cooked tempura having an ingredient and a coating covering the surface thereof, followed by freezing, and in which the viscosity of the seasoning before freezing is 40 to 130 Pa s at a product temperature of 30 to 45°C, and is 20 Pa s or less at a product temperature of 70 to 90°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
