PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation determination program, a vegetation determination method, and vegetation determination device in which influence of the time of the year when an image is captured is suppressed.SOLUTION: A vegetation determination program allows a computer to execute processing of: severally calculating image feature quantities of at least a predetermined region regarding a first image and a second image which are obtained by imaging a predetermined region at different times of the year referring to database including information showing different image feature quantities at different times of the year associating with types of plants, based on the times of the year when the images were captured to specify the type of plant included in the predetermined region of the first image and the type of plant included in the predetermined region of the second image determining that the type of plant in the predetermined region has not been changed between the different times of the year in the case where the type of plant specified regarding the first image matches the type of plant specified regarding the second image, and determining that the type of plant in the predetermined region has been changed between different times of the year in the case where the type of plant specified regarding the first image does not match the type of plant specified regarding the second image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 画像の撮影時期の影響を抑制した植生判定プログラム及び植生判定方法並びに植生判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】 所定の領域をそれぞれ異なる時期に撮影して得られた第一の画像と第二の画像とについて少なくとも所定の領域の画像特徴量をそれぞれ算出し、植物の種類に対応付けて時期に応じて異なる画像特徴量を示す情報を含むデータベースを、撮影された時期に基づいて参照して、第一の画像の所定の領域に含まれる植物の種類と第二の画像の所定の領域に含まれる植物の種類を特定し、第1の画像について特定した植物の種類と、第2の画像について特定した植物の種類とが一致する場合に、所定の領域の植物の種類は異なる時期の間で変化していないと判断し、第1の画像について特定した植物の種類と、第2の画像について特定した植物の種類とが一致しない場合に、所定の領域の植物の種類は異なる時期の間で変化したと判断する処理をコンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】 図3
