The present invention relates to a face model generation method which reflects a face change resulting from a simulated procedure of tooth movement in an orthodontic procedure, and more specifically, to a technique for generating a similar model to an actual face by using, as input data, 2D face picture data and head CT image data, and also by using a 3D CAD model restoration technique and a texture mapping technique or a technique for matching 3D color scanner result data to a 3D face surface model. That is to say, the present invention is a technique for providing a face model generation method for dental procedure simulation which can reflect in real time a face shape change according to tooth movement simulation. The present invention provides: a 3D CAD model-based process data which can perform precise and accurate simulation by solving the problem of recognizing, as skin surfaces, unnecessary parts, such as a nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, which are skin included in empty spaces in nostrils in a process of identifying a face surface included in a 3D head image during the generation of a 3D face surface model a texture mapping technique which can solve a texture mapping error which may occur due to different results from two equipment, such as characteristics of the different equipment, the motion of a patient, and an angle between a camera lens and the patient during tomography (CT, etc.) and face photography a 3D face model which is made using only the most visible image on the basis of a plurality of images an errorless aesthetic 3D face model which may occur during a texture mapping process, by matching a result value obtained by a 3D color scanner to a 3D face surface model and a 3D face model which can reflect in real time simulation which is performed in a dental procedure, wherein simulation may be performed in a state where data resulting from a doctors diagnosis and simulated procedure is reflected in a 3D face model.La présente invention concern
