<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem wherein cleaning of whole shellfish surface is difficult. <；P>；SOLUTION: A shellfish surface cleaner is formed with an opening part at the side surface of a side surface V-shaped shellfish transportation path, transfers shellfishes in the shellfish transportation path from the inlet side of the shellfish transportation path to the outlet side by rotation of the shellfish transportation body set at the upper part of the shellfish transportation path to project in the shellfish transportation path, and, in transportation, projects smear removing devices set at the outer sides of the shellfish transportation path from the opening part of the shellfish transportation path into the shellfish transportation path and rotates to remove the smear on the surface of the shellfish, wherein the smear removing devices are attached with claw attaching plates on rotation shafts set along both the outer sides of the shellfish transportation path with spaces, the claw attaching plates are attached with claws on the peripheral surface of the disc like body or on the outside of radial blades so that the claw attaching discs are rotated by rotation of the rotation shafts to scrape and remove the smear on the shellfish surface with the claws. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
