PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to alleviate a pain of a patient in sucking sputum, and to make it easy to cause the tip of a tube to reach a place where sputum is present.SOLUTION: A larynx camera is formed by combining a larynx camera unit 200 and a portable apparatus having a lens forming part of the camera and an illuminator. The larynx camera unit 200 includes an illumination light transmission member and an image light transmission member, both of which are rod-like and accommodated in a case 220. An illumination light from the illuminator of the portable apparatus is sent to the larynx by the illumination light transmission member, and the image light from the larynx is sent to the portable apparatus from the back of the uvula by the image light transmission member. A tube T is attached to a guide member 270 provided to the case 220. The tube T is put in an oral cavity together with the case 220, and the tip goes to a sputum sucking spot.
