The present invention relates to a face information providing system and a face information providing service method for a hearing-impaired person and, more specifically, to a face information providing system and a face information providing service method, for a hearing-impaired person, which sense a surrounding sound through a microphone array which is included in a hat of the hearing-impaired person, calculate a sound source direction, photograph an image by controlling a camera in the calculated sound source direction, and provide a photographed image screen with the calculated sound source direction which is calculated in a portable terminal of the hearing-impaired person in case a face is detected in the photographed image.
