PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a users physical condition and notify the user of information according to a change in the users physical condition.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 comprises a sensor information acquisition unit 52, a state calculation unit 53, and an output control unit 55. The sensor information acquisition unit 52 sequentially acquires bio-information relating to a subject. The sensor information acquisition unit 52 acquires activity information relating to activity of the subject. The state calculation unit 53 estimates a physical condition of the subject based on the bio-information acquired by the sensor information acquisition unit 52 and the activity information acquired by the sensor information acquisition unit 52.
