PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow estimating a state of a user without prior registration such as personal information and attachment of a sensor and the like.SOLUTION: A user state estimation device includes: a contact unit that is provided in an installation with which a user contacts, and outputs a signal detected by the contact of the user a measurement unit that measures biological data indicating a status of the user on the basis of the signal output from the contact unit, and adds identification data to the biological data to output it and an estimation unit that determines the state of the user on the basis of the biological data, and detects a position where the contact unit is provided on the basis of the identification data.
