PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of supporting taking of medicine by a patient.SOLUTION: A medicine taking support system comprises: a terminal 2 which is used by a patient who takes a medicine a server 1 for performing information processing for supporting taking of a medicine by a patient and a DB 3 for storing medicine master information related to plural kinds of medicines, and an electronic medicine pocketbook BB 30 for every patient. The server 1 stores prescribed medicine information related to a medicine which is prescribed to a patient from a medical institution in the electronic medicine pocketbook DB30, sends guide information for supporting taking medicine by the patient to the terminal 2 and causes the terminal to output the guide information based on the prescribed medicine information, receives administration information indicating a medicine taking state which is input on the terminal 2 according to the guide information from the terminal 2, then associates the administration information with the prescribed medicine information and stores the same in the electronic medicine pocketbook DB30, then based on the electronic medicine pocketbook DB30, constitutes administration history information of the patient, then sends the same to the terminal 2 of the patient and causes the terminal to output the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者による薬の服用を支援することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】薬服用支援システムは、薬を服用する患者が使用する端末2と、患者による薬の服用を支援するための情報処理を行うサーバ1と、複数の薬に関する薬マスタ情報、及び患者毎の電子お薬手帳DB30を含むDB3と、を備える。サーバ1は、患者が医療機関から処方された薬に関する処方薬情報を、電子お薬手帳DB30に格納し、処方薬情報に基づいて、患者による薬の服用を支援するためのガイド情報を、患者の端末2へ送信して出力させ、端末2でガイド情報に従って入力された、薬の服用状況を表す服用情報を、端末2から受信して、処方薬情報と関連付けて、電子お薬手帳DB30に格納し、電子お薬手帳DB30に基づいて、患者の薬の服用履歴情報を構成して、患者の端末2へ送信して出力させる。【選択図】図1
