The present invention is an information processing system comprising a recording device which collects, and stores, data via a network from a terminal device worn by each of a plurality of persons, and a computer which sets a group of a predetermined number of persons among the plurality of persons based on the collected data, wherein the terminal device outputs measured data of the person to the network, wherein the recording device stores the measured data, and wherein the computer calculates an index of a state of activity of the group based on the measured data of the terminal device worn by each person belonging to the group.
