PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massager capable of effectively performing massage by kneading in addition to massage by pressing, strong-rubbing, light-rubbing and hammering.SOLUTION: The massager 10 includes a plate-like substrate 11, and a finger crotch pinching grip portion 12 which erects on one surface 11a of the substrate 11. The substrate 11 is made of an elastic resin deformable by the power grip of a hand, and has a deformation guiding section 14 in the vicinity of the finger crotch pinching grip portion 12. The substrate 11 can be bent by being guided by the deformation guiding section 14.
