PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a load acting on the hands of an operator during operation and to efficiently carry out a seeding operation with a reduced load. SOLUTION: In this seeding machine which is equipped with a seed adsorbing plate 1 provided with a flat board 4 for adsorbing seeds having air sucking holes 4a for adsorbing the seeds and with a pocket part 9 for temporarily storing a seed group on the flat board 4 and is furnished with a seed plate base apparatus 2 for supporting a raising seedling tray having a pot part arranged corresponding to the air sucking holes 4a group, the seed plate base apparatus 2 is provided with a spherical supporting body 21 at a fixed position ahead the raising seedling tray supporting zone and with receiving members 19 at the right and left sides of the supporting zone. The seed adsorbing plate 1 is furnished with an engaging member 10 into which the spherical supporting body 21 is inserted on the undersurface of a bottom wall 5. Shafts 11 which are held by the receiving members 19 in the state of the spherical supporting body 21 inserted into the engaging member 10 and holds the flat board 4 for adsorbing the seeds in an inclined state is installed in the vicinity of the packet part 9 of the right and left sides.
