PURPOSE: A composition of anticancer agent containing horse bone extract is provided to apply to a pharmaceutical or food composition. CONSTITUTION: A composition of an agent for preventing blood cancer contains horse bone extract as an active ingredient. The horse bone extract is obtained by isolating horse bone with water, distilled water, alkanol having 5 or less of carbon atoms, n-alkan of C5-8 with n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethylacetate, or mixture solvent thereof. The horse bone extract is obtained by extracting with 40-70% of ethanol solution. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition or food composition. A composition of an agent for preventing liver cancer contains: an extract obtained by hydrolysis of hot water extract of horse bone； an extract obtained by hydrolysis of the hot water extract using protamex； and an extract obtained by hydrolysis of hot water extract using neutrase and alcalase.본 발명은 항암제 조성물에 관한 것으로 구체적으로 말뼈 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
