PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing crude drug extract is provided to treat and prevent allergic or non-allergic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating allergic or non-allergic deramtitis contains complex crude drug extract as an active ingredient including Spirodela polyrrhiza, Torilis japonica DC, and Stemona japonica MIQ in a mixture ratio of 1-10:1-10:1-10. The extract is prepared using water, spirit, low carbon number alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, chloroform, methylene chloride, hexane, or a mixture solvent thereof.본 발명은 부평초, 사상자, 백부근으로 조성된 생약 추출물은 가려움증 감소, 피부염증, 홍반, 부종 두께 증가와 같은 병리적 손상의 발생 억제를 확인함으로써 알러지성 또는 비알러지성 피부질환의 치료 및 예방에 유용한 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
