PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constricted part-eliminating device capable of preventing the backflow of crushed constricted part fragments.SOLUTION: The constricted part-eliminating device 10 includes: a flexible tube part 110 a cutting edge part 111 provided at the distal end of the tube part a pedestal part 112 protrusively provided on the inner peripheral surface 117 of the tube part and an opening/closing body 113 that can contact and separate from the pedestal part.
