PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device capable of shortening an imaging time, and an image processor.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging device according to an embodiment includes an arrangement part, a sensitivity derivation part, and an image generation part. The arrangement part arranges time series data at a portion of sampling position at a full sampling positions of k space determined based on an imaging parameter. The sensitivity derivation part derives a sensitivity distribution from the time series data on time space in which the time series data is represented by converted coefficient values by performing conversion in a time direction. The image generation part uses the time series data and the sensitivity distribution to generate an image of the time series data.【課題】撮像時間を短縮することができる磁気共鳴イメージング装置及び画像処理装置を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る磁気共鳴イメージング装置は、配置部と、感度導出部と、画像生成部とを備える。前記配置部は、撮像パラメータに基づき定まるｋ空間のフルサンプリング位置のうち、一部のサンプリング位置に時系列データを配置する。前記感度導出部は、時間方向の変換を施すことで前記時系列データが変換後の係数値で表現される時空間上で、前記時系列データから感度分布を導出する。前記画像生成部は、前記時系列データ及び前記感度分布を用いて、前記時系列データの画像を生成する。【選択図】図１
