An object of the present invention is to provide scalp and hair of scalp composition which realizes hair growing, hair growth or the like by arranging the scalp environment without inhibiting the function of sebaceous membrane and dark cell (superficial type cell) of scalp. To achieve the object, the present invention provides a composition which contains extraction component of fungi belonging to basidiomycetes and extraction component of the root of a plant of Araliceae. The composition may contain fats and fatty oils of Hippophae rhamnoides L. whose raw material is fruit and/or seed of Elaeagnaceae Hippophae rhamnoides L. plant.L'intention est de fournir une composition de soin du cuir chevelu et des cheveux laquelle traite l'environnement du cuir chevelu pour stimuler de cette manière la croissance des cheveux et nourrir les cheveux sans endommager les fonctions de la membrane de sébum du cuir chevelu et des cellules lamellaires. Pour parvenir à réaliser cet objet, on ajoute à une composition de soin du cuir chevelu et des cheveux un extrait d'un microorganisme appartenant à Basidiomycetes et un extrait de racine d'une plante appartenant à la famille des Araliaceae . Cette composition de soin du cuir chevelu et des cheveux peut en plus contenir une huile d'hippophae obtenue à partir d'un fruit et/ou d'une graine d'une plante appartenant au genre Hippophae de la famille des Elaegnaceae.本発明は、頭皮の皮脂膜や表層細胞の機能を阻害することなく頭皮環境を整えて育毛及び養毛等を実現する頭皮頭髪用組成物を提供することを目的とする。このために、本発明では、頭皮頭髪用組成物において、担子菌類に属する菌の抽出成分と、ウコギ科植物の根の抽出成分とを含有するようにする。この頭皮頭髪用組成物には、グミ科ヒッポファエ属植物の果実及び／又は種子を原料とするヒッポファエ油脂を含有することもできる。
