The invention relates to an injection needle with safety and stability, which comprises a needle body and a needle base. The needle body comprises a first end formed with a needle point and a second end configured with a gripping part. A flexible tube is connected between the gripping part of the needle body and the needle seat. A structure with high frictional coefficient and a marking element can be disposed on the surface of the gripping part of the needle body as needed. A medical staff can use the injection needle to stably perform hypodermic injection to the patient by holding the gripping part of the needle body thereof, thereby avoiding possibility of puncture of blood vessel due to wobble. When an appropriate blood drawing-back process is performed, whether the blood vessel is punctured to cause blood drawing out therefrom can be checked via the transparent flexible tube. Besides, whether a slant-cutting surface of the needle point is located at an upwardly-faced position or not can be determined via the marking element, so that dangerous conditions such as wrong needle position or needle stick injury can be prevented.
