PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a benzimidazole-7-carboxylic acid derivative comprising tablet composition having the following features: the medicinal ingredient is stabilized in a tablet, tablet hardness decreasing rate after 3 months preservation under the condition : unpackaged, at 25°C and 75% relative humidity, is 40% or less of the hardness in the early stage and it has a moderate elution speed.SOLUTION: There is provided a tablet composition comprising benzimidazole-7-carboxylic acid derivative as a medicinal ingredient, stearin acid and spray-dried D-mannitol, combined with fluidized bed granulation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベンズイミダゾール-7-カルボン酸誘導体含有錠剤組成物において、錠剤中で前記薬効成分が安定であること、25℃及び75%相対湿度条件下に無包装で3ヶ月間保存した際の錠剤硬度低下率が初期硬度の40%以下であること、更に適度な溶出速度を示すこと、を兼ね備える錠剤組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】薬効成分としてベンズイミダゾール-7-カルボン酸誘導体を含有する錠剤組成物であって、ステアリン酸及びスプレードライ加工したD-マンニトールを含み流動層造粒法を組み合わせることを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
