PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin mineral containing tablet which can suppress occurrence of browning and black pits of a tablet by highly containing vitamin C and iron and by being compression formed to be processed into a tablet even when vitamin C and iron are forcibly brought into contact with each other under minute environment, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: In a vitamin mineral containing tablet contains at least vitamin C and iron. In the vitamin mineral containing tablet, the content of the iron is 1 mass% or more per one tablet.
