The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising extracts of Anemone raddeana and Lonicera species containing a high concentration of antitumor saponins, and a method for preparing the same, wherein saponins contained in the extracts of Anemone raddeana and Lonicera species,are converted to anticancer saponins having high antitumor activity, thereby producing extracts containing a high concentration of the antitumor saponins, and the extracts thus prepared have been confirmed to show desirable antitumor activity. Accordingly, the extracts containing a high concentration of antitumor saponins of the present invention are promising for use in the development of drugs for cancer treatment.La présente invention concerne une composition pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer, comprenant des extraits d'Anemone raddeana et d'espèces du genre Lonicera contenant de fortes concentrations de saponines antitumorales, et un procédé de préparation de cette dernière, les saponines contenues dans les extraits d'Anemone raddeana et des espèces du genre Lonicera étant converties en saponines anticancéreuses possédant une activité antitumorale élevée, produisant ainsi des extraits contenant de fortes concentrations de saponines antitumorales, et les extraits ainsi préparés ayant démontré qu'ils présentaient l'activité antitumorale désirée. En conséquence, les extraits contenant de fortes concentrations de saponines antitumorales de la présente invention sont prometteurs pour une utilisation dans le développement de médicaments pour le traitement du cancer.본 발명은 항암성 사포닌을 고농도로 함유하는 꿩의 바람꽃(Anemone raddeana) 및 인동속 식물(Lonicera species) 추출물을 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 꿩의 바람꽃 및 인동속 식물 추출물 또는 두릅(Aralia elata)이나 할미꽃(Pulsatilla sp.) 추출물 등을 추가로 포함하는 꿩의 바람꽃 및 인동속 식물 추출물에 함유되어 있는 사포닌을 항암 활성이 높은 항암성 사포닌으로 전환시켜 항암성 사포닌이 고농도로 함유된 추출물을 제조하였고, 제조한 추출물이 우수한 항암 활성을 나타내는 것을 확인함으로써, 본 발명의 항암성 사포닌이 고농도로 함유된 추출물을 암 치료용 의약품 개발에 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다
