COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING CANCER BY INCLUDING ANEMONE RADDEANA, LONICERA PLANT, AND ARALIA ELATER EXTRACT CONTAINING ANTICANCER SAPONIN AT HIGH CONCENTRATION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer by including an Anemone raddeana and lonicera plant extract containing a high concentration of anticancer saponin, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention produces an extract containing a high concentration of anticancer saponin by converting saponin contained in an Anemone raddeana and lonicera plant extract or an Anemone raddeana and lonicera plant extract additionally including an aralia elater or Pulsatilla koreana extract into anticancer saponin having high anticancer activity； and confirms that the produced extract shows excellent anticancer activity. Accordingly, the extract containing a high concentration of anticancer saponin of the present invention is expected to be used for drug development for cancer treatment.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 항암성 사포닌을 고농도로 함유하는 꿩의 바람꽃(Anemone raddeana) 및 인동속 식물(Lonicera species) 추출물을 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 꿩의 바람꽃 및 인동속 식물 추출물 또는 두릅(Aralia elata)이나 할미꽃(Pulsatilla sp.) 추출물 등을 추가로 포함하는 꿩의 바람꽃 및 인동속 식물 추출물에 함유되어 있는 사포닌을 항암 활성이 높은 항암성 사포닌으로 전환시켜 항암성 사포닌이 고농도로 함유된 추출물을 제조하였고, 제조한 추출물이 우수한 항암 활성을 나타내는 것을 확인함으로써, 본 발명의 항암성 사포닌이 고농도로 함유된 추출물을 암 치료용 의약품 개발에 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
