PURPOSE: A medical diagnostic device is provided to improve the quality of an image by a phase rotation of the same size at each frequency component of a receiving signal in a beam foaming process.CONSTITUTION: A first filter(410) and a second filter(420) respectively extract a first band signal and a second band signal from an object. A first mixer(430) outputs a first mixing signal by mixing an oscillation signal with a first phase difference with the first band signal. A second mixer(440) outputs a second mixing signal by mixing an oscillation signal with a second phase difference with the second band signal. A first low pass filter(450) generates a first low band output by extracting a low frequency band component from the first mixing signal. A second low pass filter(460) generates a second low band output by extracting a low frequency band component from the second mixing signal. A third mixer(470) outputs a third mixing signal by mixing the first low band output with an oscillation signal with the same phase as a modulation frequency and the receiving signal. A fourth mixer(480) outputs a fourth mixing signal by mixing the second low band output with the oscillation signal with the same phase as the modulation frequency and the receiving signal.
