The present disclosure relates to human monoclonal antibodies against orexin receptor type 1 (OX1R, hyprocretin 1) and uses thereof for the treatment of cancer. The antibodies are characterized by their CDRs: NYYMN,YISGSSRNIYYADFVKG,SNYDGMDV (Heavy chain) and AGTSSDVGGSNYVS, PGKAP, SSYTYYSTRV (Light Chain) ) or the CDRS having at least 50% or 70% identity with the above listed sequences.La présente invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux humains contre le récepteur de type 1 de l'orexine (OX1R, hypocrétine 1) et les utilisations de ceux-ci pour le traitement du cancer.
