The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the development and application of a new pharmaceutical composition intended for optimizing the course of reparative regeneration processes in skin burns. Proposed is the use of a peptide Thr-Gly-Glu-Asn-His-Arg-NH2 as a regulatory, protective, normalizing, and anti-inflammatory agent for treating skin burn injuries. Proposed is a new composition of an anti-burn agent comprising an active substance in the form of said regulatory peptide (0.1-100 mg/L), a lightly crosslinked acrylic polymer Carbopol ETD 2020 (4.5 g/L), and the remainder being distilled water. The composition is highly effective at low doses of the regulatory peptide Thr-Gly-Glu-Asn-His-Arg-NH2 and is simple to use: it is used in the form of a hydrogel. The proposed pharmaceutical composition may be used in clinical practice to treat skin burn injuries.L'invention concerne la médecine et notamment la mise au point et l'application d'une nouvelle composition pharmaceutique destinée à l'optimisation du déroulement de processus de régénération réparatrice lors des brûlures de la peau. L'invention porte sur l'utilisation d'un peptide Thr-Gly-Glu-Asn-His-Arg-NH2 en qualité de produit anti-inflammatoire, régulateur, protecteur et normalisant pour traiter des brûlures de la peau. L'invention concerne une nouvelle composition de produit anti-brûlures contant une substance active se présentant comme un peptide régulateur (0,1-100 mg/l), un polymère acrylique rarement réticulé, Carbopol ETD 2020 (4,5 g/l), l'eau distillée constituant le reste. La composition est hautement efficace à basses doses de peptide régulateur Thr-Gly-Glu-Asn-His-Arg-NH2 et est d'une utilisation simple : elle s'utilise comme un hydrogel.
