The present disclosure is related to routine combinations with fluoxetine. A natural flavonoid-type product and a serotonin reuptake inhibitor drug； widely used in the clinic for its antidepressant effects, which produce analgesia, and were tested in combination for the main treatment of fibromyalgia, or better known as generalized pain； either in its modality of mechanical hyperalgesia or allodynia (tactile or cold stimulus). Generates different degrees of pharmacological interaction, all of the supra-additive type or synergism of analgesic potentiation. To detect the antihyperalgesic and antiallodynic effect produced by the different routine combinations with fluoxetine, the experimental model of reserpine-induced myalgia was used in ovariectomized female rats.La presente invención se refiere a combinaciones de rutina con fluoxetina, un producto natural de tipo flavonoide y el otro un fármaco inhibidor de la recaptura de serotonina ampliamente utilizado en la clínica por sus efectos antidepresivos, los cuales producen analgesia, y fueron probados en combinación para el tratamiento principal de fibromialgia que es el dolor generalizado, ya sea en su modalidad de hiperalgesia mecánica o alodinia (táctil o estímulo frío) generando diferentes grados de interacción farmacológica, todos de tipo supraaditivo o sinergismo de potenciación analgésica. Para detectar el efecto antihiperalgésico y antialodínico producido por las diferentes combinaciones de rutina con fluoxetina se empleó el modelo experimental de mialgia inducida por reserpina en ratas hembras ovariectomizadas.
