PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of collecting polarization properties of the number of lines more than the conventional one with respect to the number of lines of an acquired interference light signal.SOLUTION: The diagnostic imaging apparatus periodically changes over polarization states of light transmitted by a light transmission/reception part on the basis of a pulse signal according to A line representing a period of a light source. Data of interference light between light received by the light transmission/reception part and reference light are acquired according to the pulse signal.
