PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate appropriateness relating to measurement of a shear wave in an ultrasonic diagnostic device.SOLUTION: A shear wave measuring part 30 calculates propagation velocity of a shear wave in a subject on the basis of a received signal in a measurement period. A measurement evaluation part 40 obtains evaluation information for the measurement by the shear wave measuring part 30 on the basis of the received signals (or image data corresponding to the received signals) before and after the measurement period. The measurement evaluation part 40 derives, for example, both a displacement distribution of a tissue in the subject and a correlation coefficient distribution as evaluation information for the measurement. The measurement evaluation part 40 also determines whether or not the measurement by the shear wave measuring part 30 is appropriate, on the basis of the displacement distribution of the tissue and the correlation coefficient distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波診断装置においてせん断波の測定に係る妥当性を評価する。
